幸運や願いを象徴する、ウィッシュボーンをモチーフにしたシルバー製ブローチ。ウィッシュボーンとは鳥類の鎖骨を指し、2人で引っ張り合い、長い骨を取った者の願いが叶うとされていました。ヴィクトリアン期には、幸運を意味するモチーフとして、ジュエリーにも好んで用いられました。ウィッシュボーンの上には枝や木の実を思わせる植物的な装飾をあしらい、シャープなフォルムにやわらかな表情を添えています。幸運のお守りとして、そっと身に着けたくなる一点です。
